EER: Using Case Studies to Boost Client Engagement

How a relocation firm in the Middle East created case study content to drive new enquiries from new clients and prospects


Background - How it came together


  • EER Middle East has regularly supported our live events in London, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.  

  • They wanted to increase referrals from professional intermediaries such as London law firms, tax advisors, and private banks that might have clients relocating to the UAE or independent corporate service providers without a UAE offering.

  • They were keen to use digital channels to generate enquiries from PCD Club members consistently rather than through networking events.    

  • They wanted to produce content around their CEO, Marie O’Neill, attending a PCD Club dinner in London.  



Objectives


  • Generate 3 case studies illustrating different client cases.  Record all case studies in one afternoon in London ahead of an event.

  • Distribute the article via PCD Group digital magazine and social channels.

  • Make available for EER to host and distribute through their website and social media feeds.  

  • Generate new business enquiries from intermediaries in the PCD community and through the EER direct-to-consumer channels.   



Solutions


  • We created three scenarios for approval based on his knowledge of the EER business. 

  • We suggested different professional guests to feature on the case studies and liaised with them to agree on the content approach.  

  • Two guests could not be recorded live, so we arranged to record their contributions remoted and added to the sections filmed in person with Marie.  

  • We included the content in our Digital Magazine and clips for our social media clips.    

  • We liaised with the EER marketing team to ensure the content was released on time and schedule.

  • The content was highly relevant for clients and generated enquiries for the EER team.

  • It raised the profile and familiarity with the EER brand & core business.  It illustrated how they work collaboratively with professional connections.
